"Are you experiencing anxiety and avoidance in everyday situations, or do you find yourself overwhelmed and distracted by memories of past events? Do you find it challenging to establish boundaries and communicate your needs?
I get that. You want to be more fully present with your friends, family, or at work, and live a full life where you are able to tolerate distressing emotions in stride. I have extensive experience helping people navigate these struggles. In our work together, we will focus on exploring and developing meaning from your personal narrative, lessen distress related to traumatic material, and building tolerance for anxiety-provoking situations. This may feel like an intimidating process. In our work together you'll experience validation and non-judgment, fostering real and impactful change.
I take care to honor each client's personal experience and collaborate throughout the therapeutic process. Humor and light-heartedness often make an appearance in my work. I utilize a combination of approaches unique to each client's needs, including but not limited to art therapy and EMDR.
Let's work together to create the changes you want to see in your life."

"Art therapy allows for deeper exploration of self through use of the creative process, freely and without judgment or criticism."
